Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days from the date of invoice.
(Please note that some restrictions apply)
You are responsible for paying to return the item(s). There is no additional charge when we ship your exchanged item(s) to you.
Exchanges can be replaced with the same item or a different item with the same value.
If we do not have your requested item in stock, we may issue a refund for your returned item(s) or we will ship it out for no charge once they are back in stock.
Securely pack your merchandise. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods during transit.
In order to process your return/exchange please make sure to provide the following information on a note and include it in the package
Refund/Exchange (If you will be exchanging an item please note which item(s) you would like. Please note that items may only be exchanged for an item with the same value or below)

After your return is received, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 2-3 days for the refund credit to appear on your statement after the return has been received.
